Cash Forward Contract: This contract is the basic contract for the purchase of grain. The producer has a specific quantity of grain and wishes to set a definite price and time period of delivery. There is no service charge for this contract. Payment to the producer will be made within the cutomary 7 day time period.

Delayed Payment Contract: This contract is similar to a cash forward contract in the regards to the producer has a specific quantity of grain, wishes to set a definite price and time period of delivery. However, the producer does not wish to be paid within the customary 7 day time period. They choose to have their payment delayed to a specific date.

Storage Contract: This contract allows the producer to store their grain at our facility. Producer may choose to remove grain from storage or sell it to the elevator at anytime during the life of the contract. Any grain not sold to the elevator or processed for feed will generate a handling charge of $0.06 per bushel. Storage contracts expire September 15, 2012. *We will only have storage available for Soybeans. Corn will be spot purchased or under contract.

Grain Bank Contract (Exchange): This contract allows the producer to store their grain at our facility to be used for their product needs. Product does receive a processing charge, as it is removed from the producer's Grain Bank account. Contract expires September 15, 2012.

Important Notice: Chippewa Valley Grain & Processing Inc. participates in Wisconsin's Agricultural Producer Security program. If we fail to return your grain on demand, you may file a claim under this program. The program may reimburse you for the loss of up to $100,000 worth of grain. Important Notice: Chippewa Valley Grain & Processing Inc. participates in Wisconsin's Agricultural Producer Security Program. If we fail to pay you for grain when payment is due, you may file a claim under this program. The program may reimburse up to 80% of the first $60,000 of your allowed claim, and up to 75% of any additional amount.
